This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Madhatter Surf & Skate Shop collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the www.madhatter.je website ("Site"). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Madhatter Surf & Skate Shop.

Making a contract with us
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.

Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods. we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us.

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.

'Click and Collect Service'
If you choose to click and collect and choose to pay when you collect the good we will put to one side for one week only. Any goods taking any longer to collect than one week will be put back into stock.

Personal identification information
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the siteplace an orderfill out a formsubscribe to the newsletter and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information (via Paypal).

Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously.
We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

Payment
We currently only accept payment via Paypal.

Payment via PayPal Account
If you have a PayPal account you can use your account as you normal. Once you have completed the payment transaction, click the return to merchant button which will take you back to the Madhatter website.
